Disruptive, unethical, or illegal behavior may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion from the Academy.
12. Intellectual Property Rights of Student Work
Students retain the intellectual property rights to the original works they create as part of their coursework at Evergreen Film Academy. However, the Academy reserves the right to use student work for promotional or educational purposes, with appropriate attribution given to the student creator. By enrolling at Evergreen Film Academy, students grant the Academy a non-exclusive license to use their work in such a manner.
